On 5 July 2023, Grade 11 students conducted the assembly on “The Power of Imagination” where they shared that imagination is a force that propels us beyond the boundaries of reality. It fuels creativity, innovation, and personal growth. Students presented an interesting skit illustrating how various discoveries and inventions (including Isaac Newton’s discovery of gravity, the invention of airplanes, etc) had been significantly influenced by imagination.
The students also recited a poem and explained how imagination affects creativity like poetry. Finally, the assembly ended with a presentation on the Islamic perspective on imagination, highlighting its significance in enhancing one’s spiritual connection.
This assembly motivated attendees to embrace the power of imagination, for it holds the key to unlocking our greatest potential.
