Despite the pandemic, Eastern Public School was able to mark the auspicious day by celebrating the 73rd Republic Day of our nation. The day reminds us of the sacrifices made by the brave hearts of India and their struggles to set India free from British rule.
The day began with the Senior School Principal Dr. Fraz’s patriotic and nationalist greetings to Team EPS. He read out the Preamble, which was then echoed by the Student Council members igniting a sense of patriotism in the audience. The celebration was then followed by the School Captain Samiya Khan’s stirring speech. The flag was then unfurled by the Senior School Principal. The day concluded with the distribution of sweets to the staff members present at school.
The Junior School students and teachers commemorated this national day by conducting quizzes, presentations, and other engaging classroom activities.
