Renowned Universities Gather at EPS to Guide Future Leaders

Eastern Public School recently witnessed a landmark occasion as it proudly hosted a grand College Fair on its campus, bringing together some of the most renowned universities and institutions of higher education from across India. The event created a platform for our senior students to directly interact with university representatives and gain first-hand insights into the wide array of courses, career paths, and global opportunities that await them after school.
The participating institutions that graced the event included Sharda University, Chandigarh University, Sri Aurobindo Group of Institutions, Indore, Jagran Lakecity University, MIT-WPU University, SRM University AP, Lovely Professional University, UPES, Anant National University, ICFAI University Group Hyderabad, Azim Premji University, and Pearl Academy. Each of these institutions is highly reputed in its own right, and having them together under one roof at Eastern Public School was both an honour and a matter of pride for our community.
The energy and excitement were palpable as students moved from one stall to another, asking questions, engaging in meaningful conversations, and collecting information about courses ranging from engineering and design to business, social sciences, and liberal arts. The representatives patiently addressed every query, whether about scholarships, admissions criteria, or international tie-ups, giving students a clear picture of what lies ahead. For many of our learners, this was the first opportunity to interact so closely with the country’s leading universities, and the experience gave them both clarity and confidence in shaping their future paths.
Teachers, too, played a vital role, accompanying students and encouraging them to make the most of this opportunity. By guiding their questions and helping them reflect on the information, they ensured that the fair became a meaningful step forward in the students’ academic journey.
The College Fair was not just an academic event but a celebration of possibility and vision. It stood as a testament to Eastern Public School’s mission of empowering students to make informed decisions about their careers and futures. The presence of so many prestigious institutions elevated the occasion into a truly memorable milestone
in the school’s journey of excellence.
This success would not have been possible without the tireless efforts and vision of our DP Coordinator, Mrs. Shabana Sultana, whose coordination and planning ensured every detail was executed with perfection. Equal gratitude is due to our Head of School, Dr. Fraz Ahmed, whose leadership and support made this remarkable event a reality. Their combined dedication and commitment gave our students a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to experience the higher education world up close, right within the walls of
EPS.
The day ended with students brimming with excitement and inspiration, teachers feeling proud of having guided their learners through such an important journey, universities praising the enthusiasm of EPS learners, and the entire school community celebrating the fact that Eastern Public School is not only shaping young minds for today but preparing leaders for tomorrow. The College Fair 2025 will be remembered as a turning point for many of our careers.
