The Hour of Code takes place every year during Computer Science Education Week, the first week in December. A one-hour introduction to computer science The Hour of Code began as a one-hour coding challenge to give students a fun first introduction to computer science and has become a global learning event, celebration, and awareness event.
We at Eastern Public School strongly believe that “Every student should have the opportunity to learn computer science. It helps nurture problem-solving skills, logic, and creativity. By starting early, students will have a foundation for success in any 21st-century career path”, and due to this reason, we organised the Hour Of Code for Middle School (grades 6 to 8) students.
