Grade 9 Assembly on “Free Palestine” – A Powerful Message of Awareness and Unity
On 10th September, the students of Grade 9 presented a powerful and thought-provoking class assembly on the theme “Free Palestine.” The purpose of this assembly was to raise awareness about the ongoing genocide and suffering faced by the people of Palestine.
Through a heart-touching presentation, the students shed light on the struggles and injustices taking place in Palestine and explained the reasons behind this ongoing conflict. They also highlighted how we, as human beings, can play our part in supporting the people of Palestine — through prayers, spreading awareness, and making responsible choices.
The students urged everyone to take a stand for peace and justice by boycotting products from Israel, emphasizing that “there is great strength in unity.” One of the most impactful lines from the assembly was:
“If we do not stand up today and refuse to support injustice, how will we face Allah on the Day of Judgment?”
The assembly concluded with a meaningful gesture — students and teachers were given keychains inscribed with “Free Palestine.” The students explained that these keychains would serve as a symbolic reminder to keep the people of Palestine in our prayers, thoughts, and hearts.
Overall, the presentation was emotional, informative, and deeply inspiring, leaving a lasting impact on everyone present. The students ended their assembly with a heartfelt message of hope, solidarity, and humanity.
