On the 1st of January 2025, Senior School students were engaged in an important discussion about the code of conduct and its vital link to personal safety. Ms Munira Yusuf (SEN Counselor) and Mohammad Umar (Associate Middle School Coordinator) explored how a well-defined code sets expectations for respectful behaviour, encouraging students to treat each other with kindness and integrity. By understanding the guidelines, students empowered themselves to create a safe and supportive environment where everyone feels valued and protected.
Through interactive discussion, students shared their thoughts on various scenarios related to peer pressure, digital boundaries, and the importance of saying no. The conversation highlighted that students must adhere to the code of conduct and respect personal space and privacy; failing to do so may result in consequences. This session was a valuable step towards building a more respectful and safe environment for all students.
