At EPS, we believe that strong leadership drives excellence in education. Upholding this vision, our DP Coordinators, DPC Mirza Faizan Baig, and ADPC Ms. Shabana Sultana attended the SAIBSA Coordinators Session at Aga Khan Academy, Hyderabad, to deepen their understanding of IB principles and practices. This session provided an invaluable platform to exchange ideas, refine leadership strategies, and explore innovative ways to enhance the IB Diploma Programme (DP).
The discussions focused on fostering collaboration, integrating IB values into classroom dynamics, and managing the core components—Extended Essay, TOK, and CAS. Particular emphasis was placed on balancing academic rigor with student well-being, which aligns closely with EPS’s mission of nurturing holistic learners.
The session also highlighted strategies for navigating emerging challenges, from technological integration to curriculum development. Inspired by these rich insights, our coordinators are committed to applying best practices to strengthen the DP framework at EPS, ensuring it remains a beacon of excellence for our students.
