Planting Seeds of Understanding
Our KG 2 students are exploring Plants under the theme Sharing the Planet. To deepen their conceptual understanding, children have planted seeds and will continue to learn how plants grow, their role in providing oxygen, and their importance to all living things. As knowledgeable learners, they will measure plant growth and sequence the different stages of a plant’s life cycle. Through these hands-on experiences, children will observe how plants change as they grow over time, deepening their understanding of the concept of change.
